Whether your pet is staying with us for a short trip or an extended visit, our goal is to provide attentive care and a comfortable experience tailored to their needs. From rest and routine care to optional enrichment experiences, we offer ways to make your pet's stay their own.

Our team lives with the resort. Nights are never unattended.
Outside at least four times a day
Plus play groups matched by temperament and size for dogs who enjoy them. Group play is never assumed.
Rest and routine
Clean, quiet spaces, their own food schedule, and a tuck-in if you ask.
Every kind of dog
Seniors, nervous pups and dogs who’d rather not socialize are all welcome. Dogs who don’t socialize are kept separate from the group. We don’t accept aggression toward people, or excessive aggression toward other dogs.
South Texas heat
In extreme heat or weather we limit time outside and bring the fun indoors. Fresh water is always out, and midday potty breaks are closely watched. Most dogs let us know when they’re ready to head back in.
Special care needs
We give medications, adjust our schedule to your pet, and keep you posted. Extra care may carry a fee, and some pets are too medically fragile to board safely, so check the FAQ or call us first.

Sizes are estimates. Call us for sizing, especially for family units. Family rates are available.
Pups from the same family can share a kennel when they eat well together and don’t bicker.

Ideal for small dogs and puppies, such as Shih Tzus, Miniature Poodles, and Chihuahuas. Puppies can move up to a larger kennel as they grow, and we'll let you know if your dog would be more comfortable in one.

Ideal for larger dogs and families of smaller dogs staying together, such as Goldendoodles, Labradors, Vizslas, and Blue Heelers. Many large dogs are comfortable here too.

Condo
Multi-section, connectable
Multi-section condos with separate sleeping, feeding, and litter areas, room to climb, and supervised time in our cat room. Condos can be connected for feline families.

What it is. 10–15 minutes with one staff member.

What it is. A structured walk of one or two laps around the property, about ½–1 mile.
Why. Exercise, fresh air, and new scenery.

What it is. A brush-out with optional conditioning or approved coat products.
Why. A clean, soft, tangle-free coat.
Birthday Celebration$20
What it is. Birthday hat, backdrop, birthday song, pup cup, and a photo.
Why. A memorable birthday and a keepsake for the family.
Exit Bathfrom $20
What it is. A bath with hypoallergenic shampoo before going home.
Why. Send them home fresh and clean.
Exit baths are time-sensitive, especially for dogs with heavy undercoats.

Photo updates while you’re away
Being away from your pet can be hard. We share photo updates and report cards to give you a glimpse of their stay and help you feel connected while you’re apart.
Before the stay
- Current vaccine records uploaded to Gingr at least 48 hours before check-in.
- Agreements signed in Gingr.
- Food pre-portioned per meal and labeled. Medications in original containers.
- A 20% deposit holds the reservation.
